Ricks named Kennedy Wilson president

Mary Ricks has been appointed president of Kennedy Wilson. 

Ricks was previously president and chief executive of Kennedy Wilson Europe and will continue to oversee its European operations and the investment portfolio. 

Peter Collins will take on the role of president of Kennedy Wilson Europe and will report to Ricks. 

Ricks helped set up Kennedy Wilson Europe in 2011 and over the past seven years has overseen more than $10bn in acquisitions across the UK, Ireland, Spain and Italy. 

Collins has 30 years of experience in financial services and the investment industry and joined Kennedy Wilson when it bought the Bank of Ireland Real Estate Investment Management, where he was director of asset management. He helped lead Kennedy Wilson’s entry into Ireland in 2011.
