F&C Commercial Property Trust has agreed two restaurant lettings with Caprice Holdings and Homeslice at St Christopher’s Place in Marylebone, W1.
Caprice Holdings has agreed to take 3,567 sq ft for Harry’s Bar, a sister restaurant and bar to Harry’s Dolce Vita in Knightsbridge. Woodfired pizza restaurant Homeslice has signed a 1,920 sq ft lease across four floors at site – its sixth in London.
Other tenants at St Christopher’s Place include Sri Lankan restaurant Hoppers and Danish bakery Ole & Steen. The site comprises 43 buildings and 169 lettable units between Oxford Street and Marylebone.
The latest tenants are due to open in the fourth quarter of the year.
Richard Kirby, fund manager at FCPT, said: “We believe the root of this estate’s success is the careful selection of contemporary and complementary brands that create the most appealing destination possible that very simply ensures customers continue to be drawn to St Christopher’s Place.”
FCPT was advised by Davis Coffer Lyons and CWM.
