Colliers International has hired Tom McNally (pictured left) as EMEA director of talent acquisition. He will build on the company’s people transformation agenda, which was launched this year to attract and retain the best talent across EMEA, sponsored by EMEA chief executive Chris McLernon and led by Mo Karim, EMEA director of people transformation.
Caroline Gardiner (pictured second from left) has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s global occupier services team as head of facilities management, EMEA. She joins from Citigroup, where as a consultant she was project lead for the global outsourcing of the Fortune 500 bank’s facilities management services across 98 countries.
Henry Boot Developments has appointed Ed Hutchinson (pictured second from right) as managing director. He joined the firm in 2004 as a project manager and was appointed a board director in 2012. Hutchinson replaces David Anderson, who announced his resignation in July.
Property manager Annie Egan (pictured right) has joined the residential block management team at Pennycuick Collins. Egan joins from SDL, where she worked in the estate management team.
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed trainee surveyor Alex Clifton to its Lincoln office. She joins the lease advisory department, where she will undertake a five-year traineeship, to a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management.
CBRE in Southampton has appointed Jacqui Baxter as an associate director in the South Central valuation advisory team. Baxter is a member of RICS and has seven years’ experience undertaking loan security valuations of development sites as well as LPA receivership of residential developments and investment properties.
Christopher Clare has joined Colliers International’s residential team as an associate director to lead its west London new homes region.
Lovell has appointed Patrick Jenkins as land and partnerships manager in Cardiff. Jenkins will lead on land acquisition across South Wales. He joins from David Wilson Homes South West.
Indigo Planning, has promoted Mark Teasdale to director in the London office. Teasdale joined the company in 2016 and leads the firm’s socio-economic, community engagement and health impact assessment offers. A regeneration expert, he has a strong track record of delivering successful mixed-use schemes.
This Land has appointed Alessandra Caggiano and Natalia Boloz to its senior team. Caggiano has been appointed as head of strategic partnerships and has more than nine years’ experience in programme and project management. Boloz joins as development manager and is experienced in land development, valuations and property data analysis.
Fleurets chairman Martin Willis will retire at the end of September, following 34 years with the firm. Willis joined Fleurets in 1984 as an associate, becoming a partner in 1987 and a director when the firm incorporated in 1991, and was instrumental in the firm’s national expansion.
Colliers International London Retail & Food and Beverage division has appointed Harry Elliot as graduate surveyor and George Collison as junior surveyor. Elliot, who joined Colliers’ graduate scheme in 2016, joins the retail team on a permanent basis. Collison is currently studying for his real estate masters and will specialise in the in the F&B division.
DM Hall has made the following graduate surveyor appointments in Scotland. In residential property surveying: Hannah Sime, Kirkcaldy; William Humphries, Oban; Amelia Rogers, Aberdeen; Leanne Saunders, Dunfermline; Margaret McDowall, Hamilton; Graham Wilson, Musselburgh; Jack Chinery, Dundee; and Vanessa Harris, Cumbernauld. Oliver Lawson has joined the commercial property sector in Edinburgh.
Europa Capital, the pan European real estate investment manager, has promoted Helen Muir to partner, Fiona Clark to associate director, James Keast to senior associate, Louisa Powrie to senior executive assistant and Yuko Burrows to senior associate.
MC Plan & Site Services has appointed Lisa Johnson as a warranty assistant. Cameron Wright has joined the team as an assistant building control surveyor.
Beaufort Capital has appointed Steffan Goold as director in UK real estate finance.
Leigh Taylor has joined BH Financial Services, a sister company to Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.
Nigel Nattress has joined Fisher German as a partner in its regional commercial team, supporting its growth in the Yorkshire and Humberside region. Nattress joins from Colliers International, where he was the partner in charge of the advisory and restructuring service line for the northern region.
Iceni Projects has made the following promotions: Sara Cockburn, senior planner, and Pamela Turner, associate, in Glasgow planning; Charlie Merry, planner, and Jon Wright, senior planner, in Urban planning; Katie Inglis, associate, and Isobel McGeever, planner, in strategic planning; Rob Amey, associate, Mitchell Gregory, senior engineer, and Richard Jay, senior planner, in transport; and Stephen O’Fegan, consultant in heritage.
Meyer Bergman has appointed senior managing directors: Lee Purcell as global head of investor relations and Sachin Rupani as head of acquisitions. Marco Riva has joined as senior vice-president for Southern Europe.
