CBRE has announced three new hires and one internal promotion for its healthcare practice.
Surveyor Rob Hutchins joins the firm from Kempton Carr Croft. After qualifying as a chartered surveyor he moved into KCC’s loan security department.
The firm has also recruited Mark Fairlie, a chartered surveyor and RICS-registered valuer with more than nine years’ experience in the UK property market, and three years’ experience in alternative sectors.
Senior surveyor Stephanie Nicholas joins the healthcare capital markets team from Aitchison Raffety’s healthcare team, where she was involved in both transactional and professional work, with a focus on the primary healthcare market.
Millie Todd also joins the team as analyst, having previously worked as a data analyst in CBRE’s London office leasing team.
