International law firm DAC Beachcroft is to consolidate its London presence into new headquarters at The Walbrook Building, EC4.
The new HQ will see its existing two London offices move into one base.
The new building at 25 Walbrook includes office space totalling around 50,000 sq ft.
In addition to the entire 53,098 sq ft building at 100 Fetter Lane, EC4, the law firm also occupies 20,762 sq ft at M&G Real Estate’s 1 Minster Court, EC3.
The firm will move into the the Walbrook in Spring 2019.
