CBRE has hired Isabella Po as head of lettings in Hong Kong.
She joins the business from Benham & Reeves, where she spent more than five years developing a lettings business in Hong Kong.
In her new role, Po will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential lettings business in Hong Kong, working closely with regional clients and bolstering the link between CBRE’s London and Asia residential teams.
James Thornett, head of agency at CBRE UK, said: “Our residential lettings business has grown significantly over the past year, both in London and Asia, and expanding our team will ensure that our clients get the best possible service and are able to truly leverage the CBRE global network.
“The lettings business in Hong Kong, like London, will provide a ‘one-stop shop’ for tenants and landlords, including tenancy negotiation, property management, handovers and accountancy services.”
