LSH tops Belfast office agents league

Lambert Smith Hampton has topped the Radius Data Exchange office agents league for Belfast for the second year running.

Its total was boosted by the largest letting of the year at Causeway Asset Management’s 9 Lanyon Place, where the Civil Service took 149,200 sq ft. It also landed a series of lettings of more than 10,000 sq ft in the city centre, including 26,955 sq ft to Aperture at 21 Linenhall Street and 13,130 sq ft to Axon Solutions at Millennium House.

In second place, Colliers International disposed of 185,210 sq ft, which would have secured it first place last year. This was bolstered by 138,225 sq ft let to Allstate at Mays Meadow on East Bridge Street.

Radius Data Exchange figures show a healthy office market, with major lettings producing an increase of more than 50% in total space let year-on-year.
