Cushman & Wakefield has hired Karen Clements as managing director in London.
Clements has joined the firm’s UK valuation and advisory business from Endsleigh Insurance Services, where she was interim head of market development.
At Cushman, she will lead the 230-strong UK team of valuation and advisory specialists.
She formerly ran Capita’s legal, financial and regulatory services team and has also worked for Zurich Insurance.

“Karen will lead a team that is truly national, highly talented and has demonstrated time and again our ability to take on the largest, most complex valuation and advisory work.”
Cushman has also promoted international director Charles Smith to the role of chairman of the UK valuation and advisory group. He will focus his time on existing clients as well as new business opportunities.
