Paul Lewis, CBRE’s head of European corporate capital markets, has left the firm to join Angelo Gordon’s European net lease real estate team.
Based in London, Lewis will be responsible for the US investment firm’s net lease deal origination and acquisitions in Europe.
His role at CBRE involved the management of capital raising for corporate-owned real estate. Before that, he was head of loan advisory at CBRE for four years.
Gordon Whiting, head of net lease real estate at Angelo Gordon, said: “Paul is a widely respected industry executive whose extensive knowledge of European capital markets, loan financing and leaseback strategies will be important as we build our net lease group’s capabilities in Europe.
