Frogmore has submitted plans to the London Borough of Newham for the redevelopment of Morgan House in Stratford, east London.
The scheme, known as The Yards, includes 439 residential PRS units, a 95,000 sq ft office building, a 299-bedroom lifestyle hotel and nearly 33,000 sq ft in independent retail space.
Frogmore owns both the Stratford Centre, the retail mall adjacent to Westfield, and the Morgan House office building, which is located on the service yard to the south of the shopping centre.
The new scheme will demolish Morgan House and retain only the shopping centre in its current form.
CBRE and Knight Frank are joint agents for the office space; Gerard Nolan Partners for the hotel space; JLL for the PRS residential units; and Andrew Sissons Consulting is responsible for retail.
GVA is the planning consultant on the scheme.
Frogmore acquired the Stratford site from Blackstone and Catalyst for £141.5m in 2017.
