Cedar Dean Group has hired David Fisher to launch its property investment division.
The division, led by Fisher, will focus on securing value-add investment opportunities and development sites in the residential, leisure, retail, office and student accommodation markets.
In his new role, Fisher will also work closely with CDG Leisure and Cedar Dean Commercial – the leisure agency and lease restructuring arms of the company.
Fisher joins from his own firm, Evolution Real Estate. His previous roles include agency at Robert Irving & Burns and he was a partner at Mayfair-based Reiff & Company.
Fisher said: “I am most looking forward to working with the leisure and commercial divisions within Cedar Dean Group to leverage their expertise and seeing where they can provide interesting value-add opportunities within their divisions for our investment clients.”
David Abramson, chief executive at Cedar Dean, added: “The launch of an investment and development division is a bright new chapter for Cedar Dean Group where we are now able to offer investment service to our clients.
