Accrue Capital’s Brian Quinn has launched a boutique property finance consultancy covering UK and Irish markets.
Iona Capital will work on a range of services, reflecting Quinn’s experience in investment banking, capital markets, CMBS, corporate structuring, debt advisory and asset management.
Quinn will remain a consultant at Accrue, where he has spent the past nine years as finance director overseeing the investment and debt side of the business.
He said: “The world of real estate finance markets continues to evolve and requires specialist knowledge, understanding and relationships which take many years of experience to build up.
“While I am delighted to continue my involvement with Accrue, I believe there are considerable opportunities to leverage that expertise and see particular opportunities not just in the UK, but also in Ireland.”
