Grosvenor concierge service opens door for ambitious retailers

Grosvenor has launched a “concierge service” to help small retailers to open in London’s West End.

The property company said that the service would “ease the passage of smaller, independent retailers and start-ups in taking physical space in the capital’s retail heartland”.

Its offering to new retailers, at a time of huge challenges for the retail industry, includes advice on fitting out stores and setting up utilities, as well as marketing, PR and facilities management. It is also providing discounted training and innovation workshops and introductions to HR service providers.
