Triple Point Social Housing REIT has bought 24 supported housing properties for £24m.
The properties comprise 143 flats and are based in the North East (20 flats), the East Midlands (62 flats), the West Midlands (8 flats), the South East (9 flats), the South West (18 flats) and the South (26 flats).
The firm has entered into new leases of at least 20 years on the properties, with the option to extend to 25 years, with specialist housing associations Auckland Home Solutions, 28 A Supported Living and Falcon Housing Association.
All the housing associations are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
The properties comprise specialist homes refurbished for people with mental health and other support and care needs.
