Landsec has appointed GIC’s Madeleine Cosgrave as an independent non-executive director.
Gosgrave will join the board and become an audit committee member with effect from 1 January 2019.
Madeleine is managing director and regional head of Europe at GIC Real Estate. She has worked at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, since 1999 and was at JLL prior to that.

Cressida Hogg, Landsec chairman, said: “[Madeleine] has extensive UK and International experience in the property sector from her time at GIC and JLL and her knowledge and perspective in relation to investment decisions, property management and market dynamics will be a great asset to the board.”
