Carter Jonas has appointed David Ruddock (pictured left) as head of residential sales operations. He joins from Marsh & Parsons where he helped to deliver its expansion into north and east London and the launch of its Marylebone office.
Knight Frank in Birmingham has appointed Will Higgins (pictured second from left) and Chris Howe to the office agency team. Higgins joins as a surveyor and Howe as a graduate surveyor.
Savills’ building and project consultancy team in the South has appointed Karl Broome (pictured second from right) as director and Davinia Potterton as senior surveyor in Southampton. Phillip Hunt joins as an associate director in Wimborne with surveyor Edward Cottle.
Fisher German has appointed Andrew Bridge (pictured right) as managing partner. He is currently chief operating officer and will formally take up the new role in April.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Kam Pembele as a surveyor in its healthcare division. Pembele joins the St Albans office from CBRE, and has a wealth of commercial experience in investment, property and asset management and valuation, both nationally and internationally.
Douglas Harvey and Daniel Rudd have joined Lambert Smith Hampton as graduate surveyors. They will join the Birmingham industrial team and will work alongside director of industrial agency Matthew Tilt.
Legal & General has named Paul Miller as managing director, principal investing for Legal & General Capital. Miller has also been appointed to the executive team and investment committee of L&G Capital.
Trident Building Consultancy has appointed Gary Powell as executive director, head of building surveying and client relationships, to oversee Trident’s West London and London City offices. Sean Derrick has been appointed assistant cost consultant. Declan Hard, Oliver Davison, Michael Harvie, Jonathan Morrison and Matt Handley have been made chartered building surveyors. Vicky Green has been promoted to associate director, Jamie Clark to principal building surveyor and Nick Horne to senior associate director.
Knight Frank has appointed Edward Clarkson as head of South West rural property sales. John Williams joins the rural asset management team and Hannah Rose joins the valuation and advisory department.
Tim Vallance has joined JLL as head of UK investor services and retail chairman. He will provide strategic and business development within JLL’s UK retail and leisure agency.
Connells Group has appointed Jeremy Davy as conveyancing services director. He joins from Gordon Dadds and has more than 25 years’ experience in the legal and conveyancing market.
CBRE in Birmingham has made the following promotions: James Orr (asset services), Dan Grigg (rating), and Gareth Bennett (portfolio services) have been made directors. Rachel Leung (building consultancy), Helen Robertson-Dunn (portfolio services) and Neil Hodson (portfolio services) have been appointed associate directors. Grace Allen (planning), Prav Sancee (asset services) and Sam Matterson (portfolio services) have been promoted to senior surveyors. Kim Lewis (rating) and Ajay Dubb (portfolio services) have been made surveyors, and Shaheen Patel (portfolio services), has been named assistant surveyor.
Ryden has recruited Aarran McPherson as a graduate surveyor in the professional services team based in Leeds.
Firth Architects has relocated to new offices at Jubilee House in Lytham St Annes.
RPS has promoted James Smith to director of its Birmingham building consultancy. He joined the firm in 2015 as a building surveyor. In his new role, Smith will focus on promoting the company’s retail and leisure programmes.
London agency GN2 has promoted Pippa Vincent to director, Edward Carter to associate director and Hugo Knight to senior surveyor.
Savills’ new industrial investment team in Poland has appointed John Palmer as head of industrial investment, Daniel Oponowicz as associate director and Krzysztof Skrodzki as a consultant.
James Pullen has joined Colliers International’s rating team as central London director. He was previously an associate partner at Knight Frank.
Fenn Wright has appointed Robert Haigh as a partner in its commercial division. He joins from Chestertons and will be responsible for co-ordinating and expanding the business’s commercial activities in the Chelmsford area.
Commercial property consultancy Johnson Fellows has appointed graduates Connor Shaw in the retail agency team and Niall Glendon in the lease advisory team in Birmingham. Jake Stace joins the London office.
Savills’ leadership team in Sweden has appointed Niklas Samuelsson as chief executive, Anders Nordvall as deputy chief executive, Niklas Zuckerman as head of investment and Carolina Herling and Mikael Fasten as directors in the investment team. Frida Thorman and Amina Lönberg have joined as analysts.
Squire Patton Boggs has appointed senior lawyers Nick Bell and Leanne Keyte in the financial services practice. They join from Royal Bank of Scotland.
Oakwood, which is owned by Mapletree Investments, has appointed Ken Moore as the managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
