Jordan Fendick (pictured left) has joined the JLL Midlands rating team. Fendick joins as an associate director from C&W.

CBRE in Leeds has appointed Dan Middleton (pictured second from left) as surveyor. Middleton joins from WT Gunson.

Rhys Jones (pictured second from right) has joined the industrial and logistics team at Knight Frank in Bristol as a graduate surveyor. He joins from Bruton Knowles and is currently studying for the RICS qualification.

Melissa Osborne (pictured right) has been appointed as principal building surveyor at Trident Building Consultancy in the Birmingham office. Osborne previously worked for the National Trust for eight years.

Bidwells has promoted Guy Kaddish to head of Cambridge planning, Sam Metson to head of specialist services and Chris Surfleet to head of heritage and urban design studio, in the Cambridge office. Paul Willmott has been named divisional managing partner and head of London planning, while Mark Myles joins the Perth office as head of planning in Scotland.

Savills has expanded its European investment offer to include a dedicated omnichannel retail team. The new team will be led by Marcus de Minckwitz. He moves from the Savills UK investment team and will work alongside Oli Fraser-Looen, head of retail investment in Europe.

Global law firm Clyde & Co has appointed Peter Greatrex as a partner in its real estate and hospitality practice. Based in Dubai, Greatrex will be responsible for developing the firm’s wider Middle East offering with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia and Oman.

Bidwells has appointed planners Kennedy Durrant from Strutt & Parker and John Dudding from Code Development Planners, to its Cambridge team. Anna Murray from Runnymede Council and Natalie Rowland from Sevenoaks Council have joined the London office as senior planners.

Bewley Homes has appointed Aury Sacre as digital manager. Sacre will be responsible for overseeing the management of the firm’s new website as well as optimising the Bewley Homes branding.

Jamie Barrington has been promoted to trainee area sales manager at Redrow Homes (Yorkshire). He joined the Wakefield business two years ago as a sales consultant.

Grosvenor Group has appointed Matthew Barzun, former US ambassador to the UK, as a non-executive director with effect from 21 March.

Fisher German has promoted Anna Collins to associate director and Hannah Godley to senior planner at its Ashby office. Ben Flint has been made senior surveyor at its Doncaster office.

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Angus Currie as an international partner in its London occupier representation team. He joins from JLL, where he was head of south-east England tenant representation.

Property development and investment company Eastwood has appointed Sam Walker as a graduate land buyer and Connor Pangratiou as an apprentice analyst to its land and development teams.

Harworth Group has appointed David Cockroft as regional director for the Midlands. Steven Knowles joins as regional director for the North West and Peter Henry has been promoted to regional director for Central Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.

Lovell has appointed David Ward as its managing director for the North. He joins following 31 years with Keepmoat Group, where he most recently held the post of strategic projects director. In his new role, Ward will focus on Lovell’s Scotland, Eastern and North West regions.

Developer and regeneration specialist St Modwen has appointed Matthew Stafford as a senior planning manager and Rebecca Palmer as a planning manager to its planning team.

Aitchison Raffety has promoted Hayden Todd to an associate director in its planning division. He joined the firm in 2014.

Commercial property and investment company LCP has appointed David Irvine as property manager for Scotland. He joins from CBRE, where he was an associate director.

Law firm Collas Crill has recruited partner Gerard Clarke to the dispute resolution department and senior associate Richard Doyle and associate Christian Hidalgo to the corporate, finance and funds team based in the British Virgin Islands.

The London office of CPP has appointed Jonny Pickup as an associate. He joins from Strutt & Parker, where he worked in the capital markets team specialising in office and industrial property.

David Penn has been named as the new president of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

SHW has made the following appointments: James Neale a LPA director, London; Oliver White a property manager, Croydon; Hoi Kong a CDM adviser, London; Priya Appukuttan a PRS property supervisor, Croydon; Jack Manton a graduate building surveyor, Croydon; James Wilson a property manager, Croydon; William Pidgeon a building consultancy graduate surveyor, Crawley; and Matthew Morris a business space apprentice, Croydon.

Yorkshire-based property development company Norstar Real Estate has appointed Andrew Jones as design director from Galliford Try.

Henry Porter, of Bluewater Capital & Compliance, has joined the advisory board at Godwin Capital. Porter is a specialist in financial compliance.
