Eastgate House, 40 Dukes Place, EC3, has been let in its entirety to the UK College of Business and Computing.
The 39,679 sq ft building at the eastern edge of EC3 between Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations had previously been occupied by Capita.
After a short marketing campaign the space went under offer to UKCBC.
The new 15-year lease completed on 3 October 2018 and the college is currently refurbishing the space prior to taking occupation.
