Savills Building & Project Consultancy has appointed Simon Davis (pictured left) as an associate director at its headquarters in London. He joins from TFT and will specialise in managing the refurbishment, fit-out and redevelopment of commercial office space.
Orchard Street Investment Management has recruited Dana Eisner (pictured second from left) to the new role of head of investor relations. She joins from AEW UK.
Stephen George + Partners has promoted James Blood (pictured second from right) to BIM manager. Blood joined the firm in 2018, and has more than 20 years’ experience working in architecture and BIM.
Harry Dunger (pictured right) has joined Knight Frank as a partner in its restructuring and recovery team. Based in Bristol, Dunger’s focus will be to develop the corporate recovery and insolvency offering across the firm’s 10 regional offices outside of London. Knight Frank also appointed Joanna Crofts as head of property asset management for the South West and South Wales, and Jocelyn Hinds as an associate. Knight Frank’s building consultancy team has appointed Helen Cooper as associate and Stephanie Poppitt as graduate surveyor in the Birmingham office.
The Bristol office of BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Richard Ford as new head of office. Josh Gunn joins as director of the industrial and logistics agency; Rupert Elphick as senior surveyor, agency team; Grace Hicks as senior surveyor, compulsory purchase and infrastructure team; George Hollis as associate director, valuation department; and Carys Harvey has joined on a graduate rotation scheme.
Pellings has appointed Gary Palmer as an associate building surveyor in its Bromley office.
Colliers International has appointed Richard Eaton-Hart as a new director in its hospitality asset management team, based in London. He has 25 years’ experience in asset managing hotels across UK and Europe. The firm also appointed Isa Naeem as a surveyor in the industrial and logistics team. Naeem joins from HB Capital Investments and will be based in the Uxbridge office. Colliers International has also appointed Sebastian Prince as a surveyor in the automotive and roadside team.
Paragon has appointed Paul Lafferty as an associate director and Elaine McKail as office manager in its Edinburgh team.
Newcore Capital Management has promoted Neil Sarkhel as director of funds and new business. Harry Smart has been appointed as investment manager. Jonathan Scriven has been promoted to associate director in investment management and Priya Patel to management accountant.
Euan Kellie Property Solutions has appointed Katie Daniels as a senior planner and Amy Kibble as office manager.
Law firm DLA Piper has recruited Lorraine Reader as a partner in its real estate practice. Reader joins from DWF.
Dacres Commercial has promoted Matthew Brear to senior associate and Andrew Sutherland to senior surveyor. Brear’s focus is residential land and development and Sutherland works in the agency and professional divisions.
Jonathan Hackett and Ron Darlington have joined former colleagues at Bond Wolfe Auctions as consultants.
Rupert Collis has been appointed head of commercial North West region at Fisher German, leading commercial for the Knutsford, Chester and Stafford offices.
Chris Hobday has been promoted to associate at Holt Commercial. He joined the firm as a chartered surveyor nine months ago.

BMO Real Estate Partners has promoted Adrien Brion to director and head of operations in its Paris office.
LGIM Real Assets has hired Jonathan Ord to lead its infrastructure equity investment strategy. Ord was formally investment director at LPPI.
GVA has appointed Phil Steadman as a director to head the lease advisory team. Helen Ewles has been appointed as senior property inspector in the company’s PMC team.
Mike Hussey has been appointed to the board of family-owned company, Martin’s Properties, as non-executive director. Hussey is founder of London development company Almacantar.
