Guy Powdrill (pictured left) has been recruited as director in the residential investment advisory team at Delancey. He joins from L1 Property.
Colliers International has appointed Charlotte Parish (pictured second from left) as a senior surveyor in its London offices agency and development team. Jo Edwards has joined the Bristol office as head of the investment property management team.
GVA has appointed Craig Alsbury (pictured second from right) as head of a joint planning, development and regeneration service in the Midlands. Alsbury will oversee the newly amalgamated team of specialists from GVA’s Midlands’ offices.
Malcolm Hollis has appointed partner Michael Smyth (pictured right) as head of planned maintenance. Smyth joined the firm in 2013 and leads the technical due diligence team in London.
Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed asset manager Alice Murray to the business space team to manage the firm’s office and industrial portfolios. Investment transactions manager Tom Chadwick has been promoted to partner.
Phillip Partridge has been promoted to director of finance at Catesby Estates.
Joe Kerby has joined Richstone Properties as acquisitions and development manager. He will drive the firm’s expansion into new areas of London and the Home Counties.
Maven Capital Partners has promoted Colin Anderson and Andrew Whiteley in its property investment team to partners. Anderson was appointed to grow the firm’s property investment business while Whiteley helped advance the firm’s diversification into property investment and development.
Alyson Thornton-Clark has joined law firm Cripps as a partner in real estate.
Hari Sothinathan has joined the planning and development team of Gerald Eve as a partner from Deloitte Real Estate.
Jack McMullan has been promoted to associate partner at RMW Knight. He joined the firm as a graduate surveyor in 2014.
Carter Jonas has appointed Simon McConnell as head of residential sales in Oxford. McConnell has more than 30 years’ residential property experience and previously worked for Adkin and Thomas Merrifield.
Knight Frank in Newcastle has appointed Becky Gaughan as an associate in the commercial property valuation and advisory team, following the retirement of partner Ranald Harris. Hannah Ives has joined the office agency team as a graduate.
Iain Thomas and Christian Francis have joined law firm Fieldfisher as real estate finance partners from DWF.
JLL has appointed Iwona Chojnowska-Haponik and Rafał Szajewski as directors in its EMEA business and location consulting team, based in Warsaw, Poland.
