Camden and Islington NHS Trust will be offering the biggest lot of the day at Savills’ auction on 19 February.
The trust has put The Hoo, a 11,377 sq ft Grade II listed building, up for sale with a guide of £5.45m.
The property in Hampstead, NW3, is currently vacant and has potential for conversion to residential, subject to consent. The trust’s lease on the property terminates on 30 April.
The lot is one of 143 listed in the Savills catalogue, which has a total value of around £35m.
The sale will take place at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, W1.
