Bond Wolfe launches first sale with 100-plus lot catalogue

Bond Wolfe Auctions will offer more than 100 lots at its first auction.

The sale on 13 March at Villa Park in Birmingham will feature a range of properties, with guide prices from £5,000 to £2.6m.

Chief executive of the newly launched company Gurpreet Bassi said that the catalogue was attracting a lot of interest and more than 1,000 viewings had already taken place.

He added: “Reaching 100-plus lots for our first sale under Bond Wolfe Auctions is a remarkable achievement by any measure. It can largely be put down to the quality and experience of our team. Our award-winning and record-breaking team has more than 250 years’ experience of the property auctions sector and our track record, together with our established business network, is unrivalled. That’s why we have been able to create such a successful business from day one.”

Phillip Arnold, who is the past president of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers, will be taking to the rostrum to lead the debut sale.

Bond Wolfe Auctions was launched earlier this year by Bassi and managing director Ian Tudor, who were the head of residential and commercial auctions respectively at Bigwood Auctions.
