The new venture will be delivered in partnership with Peritus Corporate Finance and will operate as a stand-alone platform working closely with Gerald Eve’s capital markets and development teams.
The FCA-regulated corporate finance advisory service will provide Gerald Eve clients with access to advice
across the full real estate capital stack, including senior debt, mezzanine, bridging and development finance, as well as equity.
