Former Great Portland Estate directors Neil Thompson and Ben Chambers have formed a new property firm, Dartriver London.
The company will focus on investment, asset management and development in London.
Thompson left GPE at the end of 2016 after around 14 years at the REIT. He subsequently joined Brookfield, where he was the chief executive of Brookfield Properties UK, overseeing its portfolio outside of Canary Wharf, but departed the firm in June 2018 after a year in the role.
Chambers, GPE’s former investment director, also left the firm in 2016 after 13 years to set up his own company focussing on smaller properties in and around London.
