M&G Real Estate has let more than 37,000 sq ft at The Heights, a business park in Weybridge, Surrey, at £32.50 per sq ft.
AXA and Dairy Crest have committed to 17,400 and 20,066 sq ft respectively to share the second floor of Building 5 on new 10-year leases.
The 350,000 sq ft park is one of south-west London’s key business locations, with a range of international tenants ranging from Daikin to Samsung and P&G to Sony.
The latest signings take the park to 97% let.
The news follows the announcement that Canadian-based Saputo has acquired Dairy Crest, with reports confirming its plans to retain the 150 jobs in its Surrey head office.
Aaron Pope, director – asset management at M&G Real Estate, said: “With the relatively limited supply of new stock in Weybridge and the continued attractiveness of well-connected outer London locations like Weybridge to potential occupiers, we devised an active asset management strategy to take advantage of market conditions and maximise rental growth opportunities.”
