Protector Insurance has signed a 10-year lease with Mapletree Investments for 9,818 sq ft at 3 Hardman Street in Manchester.
The Scandinavian insurer has struck a deal to take the 7th floor of the 16-storey office block.
The 395,000 sq ft building is now fully let.
Protector Insurance will join existing tenants including the General Medical Council, Bank of New York, Barclays, Pinsent Masons and BDO.
The grade-A office is in Manchester’s Spinningfields business district.
In February last year, Barings Real Estate financed the £201m acquisition of No 1 Spinningfields. The acquisition was financed by a joint venture set up and managed by Schroder Real Estate Investment Management with an £81m facility.
JLL and Savills are the leasing agents for 3 Hardman Street.
