Broadcom has put Ditton Park, a 200-acre site in Slough, Berkshire, up for sale, EG understands.
The site includes a 198,000 sq ft office block as well as a Grade II listed manor house, Ditton Park House (pictured).
Broadcom is seeking upwards of £40m for the land and buildings.
Roughly 100,000 sq ft of the office block is already sublet to tenants including technology services group Advanced Connect, DX Delivery and US video game firm Activation Blizzard.
The news comes after Broadcom acquired CA Technologies for $18.9bn last year, the US chipmaker’s first major takeover since it was prevented by US president Donald Trump from pursuing a bid for rival Qualcomm in 2018.
CA Technologies previously occupied offices at Ditton Park, but has since fully vacated the business park. The firm first bought the Ditton Park premises in 1997.
Knight Frank is acting for Broadcom on the sale.
Knight Frank declined to comment. Broadcom was approached for comment.
