Reuben brothers add 100 Pall Mall to portfolio

The Reuben brothers have bought the long leasehold on 100 Pall Mall, SW1, for close to £90m.

Located in St James’s the 60,620 sq ft property’s tenants include planning consultant DP9, private equity firm CapVest and electronics and tech business Laird.

Standard Life Assurance was granted the 125-year lease in January 2011, according to documents lodged at the Land Registry. The freeholder is the Crown Estate.

It is the latest in a series of acquisitions by the Reuben brothers that in the past year have included 54 and 55-57 Great Marlborough Street, W1, from Quadrum Global for around £61m, which has planning to be converted into a hotel; and Burlington Arcade, W1, for £300m from Thor Equities and Meyer Bergman.
