Irish property firm Marlet has sold Dublin office block Charlemont Exchange to Savills Investment Management for around €145m (£125m).
Savills IM completed the deal on behalf of Korean institutional investors managed by Vestas Investment Management.
Savills advised the vendor on the sale, following the leasing of the entire circa 120,000 sq ft building in October 2018 to WeWork.
