A busy room and strong competition saw McHugh & Co sell 80% of its catalogue at its 30 April auction.
The auctioneer raised £15.1m as 59 out of 74 lots offered were sold.
Highlights from the sale included a freehold site in Pinner, Middlesex, which has planning consent for eight one-bedroom flats (pictured). It was guided at £750,000 and sold for £925,000.
A terraced house in West Hampstead, NW6, which had been converted into six self-contained flats, sold for just less than £1.2m off a guide of £1m, while a four-bedroom flat in Maida Vale, W9, sold on behalf of Mountview Estates sold for £870,000 off a guide of £700,000.
