Brewin Dolphin has agreed its head office move to Pembroke’s 25 Cannon Street, EC4.
The business, advised by law firm Eversheds Sutherland and JLL, has confirmed it has taken a 15-year lease at the five-storey, neo classical office building, which overlooks St Paul’s Cathedral.
It expects to move into the premises in July 2022, after a period of refurbishment.
Grant Parkinson, chief operating officer at Brewin Dolphin, said: “The continued growth of our business means that we are expanding beyond the capacity of our current headquarters.
“25 Cannon Street is a very high-quality development, which will provide a terrific environment for both clients and colleagues.”
