Lovell Homes has partnered with Wise Living to develop a range of build-to-rent suburban family homes.
Lovell will act as developer and contractor, delivering homes that will be owned by Wise Living and managed by SDL Group.
Wise Living is a joint venture between ICG-Longbow and the SDL Group set to deliver more than 5,000 build-to-rent family homes over the next five years.
Developer Lovell specialises in partnering with local authorities and housing associations and is part of the Morgan Sindall Group.
The new partnership will see the duo collaborate on two schemes in Birkenhead, Merseyside, and Telford, Shropshire, comprising 81 homes.
David Gough, Lovell’s regional managing director for the South, said: “This new partnership will help answer the ever-increasing demand for quality rented homes offering families the space they need in well-located neighbourhoods.”
Martin Wheeler, co-head of ICG-Longbow, said: “ Since establishing Wise Living just over a year ago, we have established a portfolio and advanced pipeline of over 1,300 homes, which will be delivered over the next two years and which will ultimately create a highly predictable long-term income stream with inflation protection.”
