West Midlands-based developer Richardson has prelet an 80,000 sq ft building in Worcester to global logistics company DHL.
It has agreed a 10-year lease at £6 per sq ft for the 17.3-acre site at Sixways Park, located at Junction 6 off the M5, north of Worcester.
Richardson is also building another 130,000 sq ft unit at Sixways Park and has awarded the construction contract to Bowmer + Kirkland.
