Triple Point Social Housing REIT has has acquired 12 supported housing properties across the UK, and contracts have been exchanged on a further three supported living properties.
It paid £39.5m for the assets, which total 178 homes.
Following several land acquisitions, Triple Point has also secured forward funding to develop another three supported housing schemes.
The properties are located in the East of England (16 units), East Midlands (29 units), West Midlands (26 units), South West (25 units), London (79 units) and the South East (three units).
The properties are (or will be once construction completes) specialist, high-quality homes for individuals with mental health and other support and care needs.
Triple Point has signed 20-year FRI leases with specialist housing associations including 28A Supported Living, Hilldale Housing Association and Inclusion Housing for each of the properties acquired.
