DTZ Investors has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to sell two sites in Aldgate, EC3, known as “the Minories Collection”.
The portfolio comprises 30 Minories and Writers House. The former has 90,119 sq ft of offices and retail space, while the latter has 8,879 sq ft of warehouse-style offices.
The freehold is understood to be marketed at £66.5m, representing a net initial yield of around 5.7%.
