Inland Homes gets green light for £350m Wilton Park

Inland Homes has gained planning permission to deliver 350 homes and commercial space at Wilton Park in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The development has an estimated end value of £350m.

The 100-acre Wilton Park is Inland Homes’ flagship development, located close to the M40 and Beaconsfield and Seer Green stations.

A further part of the site is subject to a draft allocation and could provide an additional 250 homes and 200,000 sq ft of commercial space.

It has extended its reporting period by three months in anticipation of planning consent at Cheshunt Lakeside and expected value uplifts.

Inland Homes said it plans to review the split between its land trading business and its growing partnership and homebuilding businesses, recognising the greater value attributed to income streams with higher visibility of revenue and its construction capabilities.
