Electric vehicle company Arrival has increased its office space by 45,000 sq ft, at Schroder UK Real Estate Fund’s Kensington Village scheme, close to Kensington Olympia.
The firm has committed to a 10-year term for 50,000 sq ft of office space, having previously occupied 5,000 sq ft as it embarks on expansion plans and the creation of a UK headquarters.
Kensington Village is home to former Victorian warehouses which have been redeveloped into workspaces.
Avinash Rugoobur, chief of strategy at Arrival, said: “Over the past few years our operations have increased dramatically, and we are excited to expand our footprint in Kensington Village to allow them to grow even more. It’s a beautiful space and we’re pleased that our presence means the building continues to support UK industry.”
