Mayfair Capital has agreed to buy the Bonhill Building in Shoreditch from Legal & General for around £110m.
The fund manager is under offer to buy the office building.
L&G bought the 114,543 sq ft building for £62.6m in 2014, at a net yield of around 5%. It acquired the office from Resolution Properties, which had previously bought the building from Landsec for £33m in 2012.
L&G instructed Colliers International to sell the Bonhill Building for £110m earlier this year, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.23%.
Tenants include technology platform Nexmo and Crabtree & Evelyn. The building provides rental income of £6.15m a year.
Colliers represented Legal & General in the sale, while Knight Frank acted for Mayfair Capital.
