They may seem like an odd couple but US giant Amazon and local groccery chain Wm Morrison’s partnership is paying off, with the announcement that their “ultrafast same-day online grocery” – Morrisons at Amazon – will expand to another five UK cities. It strengthens their already three-year-old deal that also involves Morrisons being the wholesaler for all of Amazon’s other UK food offerings.
