Regional REIT is planning to raise £50m by selling 47m newly created shares at 106.5p each.
Asset manager London & Scottish said the funds would go towards acquiring new assets in the short term. The capital raising is also expected to expand the firm’s investor base.
The price represents a discount of 1.8% to the closing price per ordinary share on 21 June.
