In-flight catering, retail and logistics company Alpha LSG has taken up 102,000 sq ft of space at Icon Industrial’s Manchester Airport City site.
Icon Industrial, a joint venture between Stoford Developments and TPG Real Estate, has agreed a lease at Unit 4 of its £100m development.
Alpha LSG will move its bonded warehouse operation to the new development and will join The Hut Group, DHL and Amazon at the Manchester Airport City site.
