Larkwhistle Oil Well in Hampshire comprises nine active oil wells and is being offered with a guide price of £1m.
The 7.45-acre property near Winchester, is let until January 2039 at current annual rent of £92,500.
Tenant IGas Energy Development is a British oil and gas explorer and developer, producing circa 2,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day from over 100 sites across the country.
The well is one of 62 lots due to be offered at the Acuitus auction on 11 July at The Montcalm Hotel, London.
