Alliance Group has acquired 29,000 sq ft office block Reedham House, in Manchester, for £7.5m.
The Grade II listed building was bought off market by Alliance and is currently occupied by tenants including Kuits, Ellison Thomas LLP, Abacus Solicitors and Freedman Frankl & Taylor.
Alex Russell, managing director of Alliance, said: “This acquisition forms part of our strategy to bolster our commercial portfolio this year, not only in Manchester city centre but across the north.
“Reedham House is very prominently located and offers huge development potential, so we will be working closely with Manchester City Council to explore ways in which we can further improve the building and the surrounding area.”
