Hyundai has instructed agents to sell Alfa Laval Tower in Brentford, seeking offers in excess of £20m.
Avison Young and TT&G Partners are handling the freehold sale for the 0.61 acre site which currently holds 67,017 sq ft of office space across 12 storeys adjacent to the M4.
The site is allocated for mixed-use development as part of the wider Alfa Laval site, which could include commercial or residential uses, subject to planning.
Barney Hillsdon, principal at Avison Young, said: “This is a hugely unique investment and development opportunity in an extremely prominent location in West London. The advertising consent provides the opportunity for a long-term income stream, coupled with the additional prospects for the building and wider site for a range of potential uses.”
