The former head of offices at Lendlease Europe, Sherin Aminossehe, who left the developer earlier this year, is joining the Ministry of Defence as director of infrastructure.
Announcing her new role on social media, Aminossehe said her return to government on 5th August will see her overseeing policy and strategy for military infrastructure.
Aminossehe had previously only confirmed that her departure from Lendlease in March would allow her to take another governmental role.
Before joining Lendlease in early 2018, Sherin Aminossehe worked at the Government Property Unit, where as chief executive and chief operating officer she oversaw management of the government’s real estate portfolio.
During her time at Lendlease, Aminossehe worked on projects including developments at Euston station and Stratford’s International Quarter, as well as international developments such as office projects in Milan.
Earlier in her career she was a vice president at engineering and architectural firm HOK.
