Glenhawk appoints business development manager

Glenhawk has appointed Peter Turner as its new business development manager.

The appointment, effective immediately, will see Turner responsible for expanding and strengthening Glenhawk’s broker relationships in London and the south east.

He will also oversee Glenhawk’s ambition to build out the loan book across England and Wales.

Turner joins from Shawbrook Bank, where we was regional development manager from 2012 until May 2019.

Prior to this, he was commercial director at AToM (All Types of Mortgages) for two years, and before that, sales manager at Commercial 1 for four years.

He has also been business development manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Turner’s appointment follows closely behind that of new chief operating officer Steven Khan, who joined the company last month.

Guy Harrington, chief executive of Glenhawk, said: “Peter is joining us at a hugely exciting time, as we continue to put in place the infrastructure to support our growth ambitions, including growing the loan book to £100 million and expanding into new parts of the market.”
