CBRE has hired Tom Hupfield from JLL as a senior director in its London Metropolitan South East office investment team.
Hupfield joins from JLL where he has spent the last nine years in the firm’s national capital markets team trading single assets and real estate portfolios across the UK.
The news comes after CBRE hired James Delliere from Savills last month.
In his new role Hupfield will support Delliere in his leadership role. The team will work in close partnership with the wider London and regional office investment and agency teams.
