Knight Frank hires head of London China team

Knight Frank has hired Savills associate director Lili Zhang to lead its London China team, which oversees Chinese investment into London residential developments.

Zhang’s new role will take effect on 16 September. She will be based at Knight Frank’s headquarters at 55 Baker Street.

Her hire comes after four more agents joined the team: Freya Wan, from investment immigration firm Astons; Audrey Tu, from CBRE; and Suki Hu and Joyce Wong, both from Colliers International.

The team sits within Knight Frank’s residential development division, and forms part of the firm’s growth strategy in the China market.

Rupert Dawes, head of residential development and investment at Knight Frank, said: “With Asia now home to the largest regional population of ultra-high net worth individuals, we continue to see this territory as a strategically important and key market for Knight Frank.

“To best service our diverse range of clients we have invested in our London China team, recruiting a number of senior advisors who are well known in the market as best in class dealmakers.”
