Octopus Real Estate has secured planning permission for a care home development at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull.
The planning consent, granted by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, will see the 1.4-acre site transformed into an 80-bed care home, including extensive landscaping.
The care home, to be built on land purchased from IM Properties, is part of Blythe Valley Park – an established 2m sq ft mixed use development,
