Hyde Housing Association secures £350m loan

Hyde Housing Association has secured two revolving credit facilities totalling £350m.

The two loans are secured against Hyde’s existing portfolio, which consists of 50,000 homes across the UK.

NatWest provided a 10-year RCF and a syndicate of banks led by Lloyds (including BNP Paribas and AIB) provided an additional seven-year RCF.

Anna Wallace, treasurer at Hyde, said: “Our new facilities smooth out our repayment profile, reduce our refinancing risk in later years, and have enabled us to fully fund our financial plan for the next five years.”

CBRE Capital Advisors acted for Hyde.
